We engrave metal, wood, slate, laser-safe leather, and selected acrylics. We also cut wood and selected dark, opaque acrylics. Material, coating, thickness, and item fit are reviewed before we accept a project.
Can I order just one item?
Yes. Send us your one-off idea or small batch project. Pricing depends on the material, artwork, preparation, and quantity, so every project starts with a quote.
What size can my design be?
The standard laser work area is up to 8.6 × 8.6 inches (220 × 220 mm). The usable area depends on the item’s shape and how it fits. Include the overall item size and engraving or cut dimensions in your request.
Do you offer local pickup and shipping?
We offer local pickup by arrangement in North Orange County and shipping for eligible projects. Tell us your city or shipping ZIP code when you request a quote. We confirm pickup details, shipping costs, and timing before you order.
What files do you need?
For cutting, vector artwork such as SVG, DXF, or a vector PDF is helpful. For engraving, a clear PNG, JPG, or vector file can work. Include a shareable link in your quote request, or describe your idea if you don’t have artwork yet.
How much will it cost, and how soon can it be ready?
We confirm pricing and timing after reviewing your artwork, material, quantity, and deadline. A quote request does not place an order or commit you to a purchase.
Can you process clear acrylic, PVC, or vinyl?
We don’t offer clear acrylic cutting. We don’t process PVC, vinyl, chlorinated materials, or unidentified plastics. If you’re unsure what your item is made from, tell us before sending it.
